Charles Ragen, Business Advisory Partner, American Co-Director

Mr. Ragen was born and educated in the USA. Before he graduated from University of Washington with a B. A. in business in 1987, he used to study Chinese language in the USA, Taiwan and Mainland China. he is in charge of developing business relations with American clients and coordination with UCC Beijing Office.
Mr. Ragen is a Sinologist. He speaks fluent Chinese and has a good master of Chinese language. He obtained much experience in working in Sino-American government organizations and businesses and in dealing with Sino-American clients. |
